To newly access (or resume accessing) OR Tracker web schedule and/or desktop app, please ensure you have taken the following steps:

1. Fill out the OR Tracker Access Request form and choose the correct location and role.

• If you are a provider, you can list the OR Director for your site as the approver:

– Sharlet McGowen – TMC
– Janelle Skjervem – TW
– Trudy Ivins – MC

• Once approved, you will be granted the now-required security group in the background.

2. Ensure you have Okta Verify set up on your mobile device.

3. Turn off Private Relay on Iphone Follow instructions to turn turn off for network or specific website.
